Led by an experienced Speech Pathologist, this early career role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a caseload tailored to your passions- whether you're local or considering a tree change.

Why You'll LOVE this role:
  • Deliver evidence-based speech therapy to children aged 2–18 in-clinic (90%) and in the community (10%) via home, school, or kindy visits
  • Support private clients and NDIS participants (60–70% NDIS | 30–40% Private)
  • Collaborate with a Dietitian trained in SOS and intuitive feeding for feeding & swallowing cases
  • Access themed therapy rooms designed to engage and delight
  • Use intuitive software (Allie) to access real-time caseload data, clinical resources, and commission tracking
What’s In It For You
  • Flexible Working: Work-from-home options for admin, manage your own calendar, and enjoy a 9-day fortnight
  • Impact Hours Model: Focus on quality care, not just numbers. Targets sit below 65% impact hours (approx. 4.8 clients/day)
  • Tailored Caseloads: Choose from a waitlist based on your strengths - AAC, fluency, literacy, language, feeding, mealtime management & more
  • Supportive Onboarding: Structured induction, desire statements, personality profiling, and weekly or fortnightly supervision
  • Professional Growth: External supervision in your area of interest, internal mentorship, leadership opportunities, and learning pathways
  • Smart Tech: ‘Evability’ AI tool simplifies NDIS reports, cutting down documentation time
  • Generous Package: $85,000 – $108,000 + Super + bonuses (earn up to $127,000)
  • Team & Culture: Slack for streamlined communication, regular social events (paint & sip, escape rooms, Friday drinks), team collaboration encouraged
  • Perks: $15 Weekly Gym membership, laptop provided, 98c/km travel reimbursement (with minmal travel involved)
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
