Paediatric feeding Speech Pathologist in Narellan. $100-120k + super, flexible hours, 4-day FT option and generous PD support.

Job Description

I’m partnering with a family-focused multidisciplinary clinic in the Narellan area to hire a Speech Pathologist with strong paediatric feeding skills. You’ll begin with a diverse paediatric caseload (including feeding clients) and, within 2–3 months, transition to a pure paediatric feeding caseload, although this can be catered to your preferences. You’ll also provide clinical supervision and case consultation on feeding to the broader SP team.

Why you’ll love it
  • Purposeful caseload: Manage and grow a dedicated paediatric feeding list, with scope for mealtime assessments, responsive feeding therapy, parent coaching, MDT sessions and care plans.
  • Lead & mentor: Provide supervision and upskilling in paediatric feeding to Speech Pathologists across experience levels.
  • Supportive start: Structured onboarding, shadowing and a gradual ramp-up, no being thrown in the deep end.
  • Work your way: Clinic-based as standard, with options for off-site visits, telehealth (if desired) and admin from home.
  • True MDT: Collaborate with OT, Physio and SP colleagues; opportunities for joint sessions.
  • Beautiful clinic: Individual therapy rooms, sensory-rich resources, on-site parking and a friendly, low-turnover culture.
Salary, flexibility & perks
  • $100,000–$120,000 + super with regular salary reviews
  • Full-time or part-time, negotiable start dates; flexible hours and 4-day FT option
  • Support from the Directors, team meetings and generous PD (internal program + allowance up to $5,000)
  • Monthly social events and personalised recognition
What you’ll do
  • Deliver evidence-based paediatric feeding assessment and intervention
  • Provide clinical supervision and feeding-specific guidance to SPs; contribute to internal PD
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and collaborate across disciplines
Requirements/Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Experience within Paediatric Feeding
