You will be joining a clinic that has been established for over 10 years, has a team of over 20 Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists and has excellent reviews online!
Full-time and part-time will be considered for this position. The clinic is located in Norwest in Northwest Sydney.
New Graduate Program - Structured induction including shadowing and training sessions over the first 3-6 months
- A very gradual build-up of caseload over a 3 month period
- After 3 months, you can expect to see around 4 clients per day however this can be dictated by how comfortable you feel
- Weekly formal 1:1 face-to-face supervision with a Senior Speech Pathologist (5+ years experience)
- Weekly ad-hoc supervision to ensure quality care
- Fortnightly Huddle Team meetings
- Monthly group supervision/peer supervision led by a Senior Speech Pathologist
- Tailored calendar and caseload based on areas of strength and interest
- Development of professional development plan and personal well-being plan
- 3, 6 and 12-month performance reviews with directors and clinic managers
What you will be doing:
- You will be managing a paediatric caseload
- Caseload of conditions including ASD, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorders, Social skills and much more
- Individual and group therapy
- Areas include speech, language, literacy, stuttering, AAC and feeding
- Documentation and liaising with external stakeholders
- Majority in-clinic work with occasional visit to schools

Requirements/Skills - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or graduating at the end of this year
