Job Description

Our client is offering a unique opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to make a meaningful impact across the Northern Territory, including opportunities to work with First Nations communities, regional locations, and complex multidisciplinary teams.
  • Salaries from $90,000 - $115,000 + Super
  • Mixed Ages Caseload | Hybrid role: Community, Office & WFH
  • $12K Travel Allowance | 5 Weeks Annual Leave
Based near Ludmilla, this growing multidisciplinary team delivers person-centred, trauma-informed care to children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of communication, swallowing and complex support needs.

What's on Offer:
  • Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 + Super
  • Travel Bonus: $12,000 annually, paid in instalments
  • Caseload: Children, adolescents and adults with diverse communication, swallowing and complex support needs
  • Work Model: Darwin office base with community, clinic, home-based, telehealth and WFH options
  • Leave: 5 weeks annual leave
  • Tools Provided: Laptop, phone, internet access and external IT support
  • Locations: Darwin base with optional regional and remote outreach, including Katherine, Alice Springs and remote Indigenous communities
  • Support: Regular clinical and operational supervision, with NT-based allied health clinicians and experienced interstate mentors
  • Professional Development: Access to internal and external PD, with opportunities for career progression
  • Team: Join a collaborative, experienced multidisciplinary team of 3 experienced SP's, 4 OT's, Behavour Support Practitioners & Pscyhologists. 
Your Role:

In this role, you will assess, diagnose and support children, adolescents and adults with a range of communication, swallowing and complex support needs. You will provide tailored intervention across clinic, home, school, community and telehealth settings, while also supporting AAC, mealtime management and multidisciplinary assessments such as FASD.

You will work closely with families, carers and a collaborative allied health team to deliver person-centred, evidence-based care

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
