You’ll step into a well-supported Exercise Physiologist role working across a varied caseload, with most clients seen in a large, well-equipped clinic space and some community-based work, including home visits and hydrotherapy sessions.

• Varied Caseload: Work with clients across the lifespan across DVA, NDIS, HCP, WorkCover, private and aged care.
• Strong DVA & NDIS Referral Base: Caseload includes roughly 35% DVA, 30% NDIS, alongside 15% private, 15% Aged care and 10% WorkCover clients.
• Mostly Clinic-Based: Around 90% of clients are seen in the clinic, with approximately 10% community work. Some aged care clients are seen in home settings, and hydrotherapy sessions are delivered at the nearby aquatic centre.
• Established Team Support: You’ll be joining a team that currently includes 4 Exercise Physiologists; with 2 Senior EPs and 2 New Grad EPs already on board.
• Multidisciplinary Approach: Work alongside Exercise Physiologists, a Dietitian and Diabetes Educator, with opportunities for joint sessions and collaborative care.
• Weekly Team Meetings: Whole-team meetings are held every Thursday, where clinicians discuss clients, processes and ways to support best-practice care.
• Admin Support: The admin team looks after bookings and billings, so you can focus on your clinical work.
• Large Clinic Space: Work from a spacious clinic environment with on-site parking and resources provided.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology 
• ESSA registration
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
