Job Description

If you love being the go-to clinician but don’t want to give up your own client work, this role might be the one for you. Apply now and join a warm multi-disciplinary team, in a Psychologist leadership role where you’ll help your fellow psychologists thrive, while maintaining a caseload you enjoy.

Key benefits of the role:
  • $140,000 + super (total package approx. $150,000–$160,000) in a full-time position
  • A true blend of leadership + clinical work: 2–3 days on the tools, the rest supporting the team clinically, whether that be in-clinic or online/ WFH.
  • Leadership that’s hands-on and clinical (not admin): triage support, case discussions, briefings, guidance and quality support
  • Join a well-known multi-site allied health group with an integrated care model and steady referrals
  • A shared leadership structure, means you have a network of senior clinicians/ psychologist around you who lead with you!
  • Strong support systems to make life easier (referrals, bookings, and help navigating paperwork-heavy cases)
  • A genuinely diverse, multicultural client base and a values-driven team that backs each other
  • Referrals from a variety of sources, with a predominantly adult caseload.
This is a great fit for a Senior Psychologist who’s already had a taste of leadership (or is doing it now) and wants a role with impact, without stepping away from therapy altogether. You’ll be based from one the organisations many clinics across Sydney, with the option to pop into other nearby Western/South Western Sydney sites when helpful. Supervisor status is a bonus, but it’s absolutely not a deal-breaker, what matters is that you’ve successfully led, supported, or managed other psychologists before.

Your Duties will Include
  • Provide warm, high-quality psychological care to a broad client base
  • Support clinicians with triage, case reviews, clinical guidance and escalation as needed
  • Work closely with an experienced allied health team while helping lift clinical standards
  • Be based in Liverpool, with occasional support across nearby Western/South Western Sydney clinics
Requirements/ Skills
  • Experience working in private practice or allied health teams (or similar clinical setting)
  • Proven leadership/management experience as a Psychologist (team support, mentoring, leading)
  • AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (General or Clinical)
  • Full Australian Work Rights
  • Board-Approved Supervisor status welcomed but not essential.
