Key benefits of the role: - $140,000 + super (total package approx. $150,000–$160,000) in a full-time position
- A true blend of leadership + clinical work: 2–3 days on the tools, the rest supporting the team clinically, whether that be in-clinic or online/ WFH.
- Leadership that’s hands-on and clinical (not admin): triage support, case discussions, briefings, guidance and quality support

This is a great fit for a Senior Psychologist who’s already had a taste of leadership (or is doing it now) and wants a role with impact, without stepping away from therapy altogether. You’ll be based from one the organisations many clinics across Sydney, with the option to pop into other nearby
Western/South Western Sydney sites when helpful. Supervisor status is a bonus, but it’s absolutely not a deal-breaker,
what matters is that you’ve successfully led, supported, or managed other psychologists before. Your Duties will Include - Provide warm, high-quality psychological care to a broad client base
- Support clinicians with triage, case reviews, clinical guidance and escalation as needed
- Work closely with an experienced allied health team while helping lift clinical standards
- Be based in Liverpool, with occasional support across nearby Western/South Western Sydney clinics
Requirements/ Skills - Experience working in private practice or allied health teams (or similar clinical setting)
- Proven leadership/management experience as a Psychologist (team support, mentoring, leading)
- AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (General or Clinical)
- Full Australian Work Rights
- Board-Approved Supervisor status welcomed but not essential.
