  • Salary aligned to your NDIS level: up to $95k for Core, with higher packages for Proficient/Advanced
  • Full-time preferred (part-time considered) with flexible scheduling
  • Structured onboarding + hands-on mentoring (ideal if you’re newly Core and want to grow fast)
  • Approx. 50/50 clinic-based and mobile work (school, home, workplace, community)
  • Diverse NDIS caseload: children and adults (psych background helpful, not essential)

This values-driven disability and therapy provider (established in 2021) has opened a newly outfitted clinic in Western Sydney and is looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to help meet rising demand. You’ll be supporting NDIS participants through holistic, person-centred care in a team environment that genuinely prioritises respect, empowerment, and quality outcomes.

If you’re Core-level and ready to be supported into the next stage of your BSP career, this is a standout opportunity. If you're Proficient/ Advanced, you can assist lead the growth of this new clinic!

Please note: you MUST have NDIS Commission suitability for Core practice (at minimum) to be considered for this role.

Your Duties will Include
  • Deliver high-quality Positive Behaviour Support to a diverse NDIS caseload (children and adults)
  • Conduct functional assessments, develop BSPs, train stakeholders & complete reports, meeting a KPI of ~5 billable hrs/day
  • Collaborate with an expert multidisciplinary team while enjoying autonomy over your caseload and schedule
  • Work out of a clinic in the Blacktown area with outreach across Western Sydney (schools, homes, community)
Requirements/ Skills
  • Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support and writing BSPs within the NDIS framework
  • Experience working with children and families is highly preferred
  • NDIS Commission suitability: Core practice minimum (Proficient/Advanced advantageous)
  • Full Australian Work Rights
