As the Senior Psychologist, you’ll be trusted to help turn a strong Psychology offering into a
standout one, strengthening referral pathways, uplifting clinical quality, mentoring colleagues, and guiding smart growth as more Psychologists join the team. You’ll still have plenty of clinical work (therapy and assessments across the lifespan), but with the added satisfaction of building something that lasts.
Your Duties will Include - Deliver high-quality psychological care across the lifespan, including complex presentations
- Provide therapy, assessments and reporting while maintaining sustainable, agreed workload targets
- Mentor and support the current Psych team while helping attract and onboard future Psych hires
- Work out of a modern clinic in Penrith, Western Sydney
Requirements/ Skills - 3+ years experience in private practice and/or multidisciplinary allied health settings
- Confidence mentoring (at least informally) clinicians and contributing to service growth (or eager to step into it)
- AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (General and/or Clinical)
- Full Australian Work Rights
