Opportunity overview

This values‑driven multidisciplinary service based near Penrith, founded in 2021, serves predominantly NDIS/ paediatric participants in the heart of far-western Sydney. The practice supports individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities through a holistic, person‑centred model. With a strong paediatric focus, this role allows you to deliver tailored assessments, intervention and behaviour support within a collaborative team that includes OTs, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners. Expect opportunities to develop professionally in a family‑oriented culture, as the practice grows and cross‑referrals increase.

Your Duties will Include
  • Deliver high‑quality psychological care to a diverse client base, including primarily children and some adults
  • Conduct assessments, therapy sessions & behaviour support, meeting KPI of ~28 billable hours/week
  • Collaborate with an expert multidisciplinary team while enjoying the autonomy of managing your practice space
  • Work out of a clinic near Penrith in Sydney’s Far West
Requirements/ Skills
  • Experience in private practice, ideally within NDIS settings
  • Experience working with children, ASD, intellectual disability or complex needs
  • AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
  • Full Australian work rights
