✨Why You’ll Love This Role:

• Caseload: Support children (2-15 years) and some young adults across NDIS and private clients, presenting with ASD, ADHD, GDD, Down syndrome, intellectual and physical disabilities, cerebral palsy, and adolescent mental health. A diverse generalist caseload to build broad clinical skills.
• Values-Driven Service: Profit for purpose - this practice is passionate about providing access to vulnerable children and has government funding
• Gradual Onboarding: Begin with two weeks of non-clinical induction, then build your caseload over 8 weeks- from 2 to 5 billable hours daily. Billables include face-to-face and non-face-to-face time (e.g. report writing), with 45-minute sessions and 15 minutes for notes.
• Mentorship & Supervision: Led by a Senior OT with 15+ years’ experience, you'll receive 1:1 supervision (tailored to your needs), daily informal support, monthly wellbeing check-ins, and peer shadowing across clinics during onboarding.
• Professional Development: Access a $2,000 annual PD Allowance (pro rata, recieve 2 days paid PD leave, fortnightly team meetings for internal training & opportunities to work alongside Speech Pathologists and Child Psychologists
• KPI's: Maximum 5.1 Billable Hours per day - with a focus on providing quality therapy
• Facilities & Resources: Modern, well-equipped clinical rooms with trampolines, therapy balls, mats, chalkboards and more. Share resources in a collaborative environment, with clinical space allocated for 1:1 therapy. Monthly resource budget to purchase more resources!

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
