• Diverse Caseload: 70% CHSP (Aged Care), 30% NDIS. Clients aged 3-65 with a wide range of conditions- from osteoarthritis, falls, and cardiac issues to CP, MS, ASD, ABI, and spinal conditions.
• Broaden Your Skills: Get hands-on with AT prescription, minor home mods, grab rails, ramps, and more. You'll become a true generalist in assistive technology across two funding streams.
• Flexible Work Mix: 80% community, 10% telehealth, 10% clinic. Clients triaged by location to minimise travel. Fleet cars available or $0.98/km if using your own-tolls and parking covered.
• Manageable Billable Targets of 4.5 per day 
• Supportive Team: Central office/ clinic based near Petrie Terrace for support.
• Clinical Supervision: Tailored to your needs - recieve guidance from a highly experienced OT Clinical Manager & have case discussions with the team on a fortnightly basis for additiona support. 
• Uncapped PD: No set limits- PD support is tailored to your interests and caseload. 
• Admin-Free Focus: Dedicated team handles all bookings, billings, and service agreements so you can focus on clients.
• Work-Life Balance: Full-time or part-time (.8) options. WFH flexibility for experienced clinicians. Paid monthly team lunches.
