- 90% NDIS caseload, with a strong focus on First Nations communities
- Deliver therapy in homes, clinics, schools, daycare, community settings and via telehealth
- Travel to regional and remote locations such as the Tablelands, Central and Far West Queensland, and Wadeye in the NT
- For Senior therapists: mentoring responsibilities, audit support, and involvement in service development
- Client Centred Care - built into the business model. This means you won't with clients outside of your scope of practice or complex clients wihtout throughout training first.

About the Team:
You’ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team including 3 Occupational Therapists (2 Senior's, 1 Early Career), a Speech Pathologist, a Physiotherapist, 2 Psychologists and 2 Dietitians, with plans to expand further.
Led by a supportive Allied Health Manager and Clinical Lead, the team values open communication, autonomy and flexibility. Caseloads are matched to your experience and interests, with a strong focus on wellbeing and work satisfaction.

Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
