  • 90% NDIS caseload, with a strong focus on First Nations communities
  • Deliver therapy in homes, clinics, schools, daycare, community settings and via telehealth
  • Travel to regional and remote locations such as the Tablelands, Central and Far West Queensland, and Wadeye in the NT
  • For Senior therapists: mentoring responsibilities, audit support, and involvement in service development
  • Client Centred Care - built into the business model. This means you won't with clients outside of your scope of practice or complex clients wihtout throughout training first.

  • Annual travel allowance (paid fortnightly)$1,200
  • Fuel reimbursement for travel outside Cairns - 98c/perkm
  • Company vehicles for carpool available for longer outreach trips
  • Full-time and part-time roles available
  • Early finish every Friday at 2.00 pm
  • Work from home flexibility for admin and reporting tasks
  • Self-managed calendars with clinical support for flexible start and finish times
  • No billable hour targets
  • $1,500 Annual PD Allowance
  • Additional internal training; including wheelchair prescription

  • Full admin support for bookings, service agreements and invoicing
About the Team:

You’ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team including 3 Occupational Therapists (2 Senior's, 1 Early Career), a Speech Pathologist, a Physiotherapist, 2 Psychologists and 2 Dietitians, with plans to expand further.

Led by a supportive Allied Health Manager and Clinical Lead, the team values open communication, autonomy and flexibility. Caseloads are matched to your experience and interests, with a strong focus on wellbeing and work satisfaction.

We also enjoy a connected team culture, with quarterly social events, team development days and an inclusive, no-hierarchy approach to leadership.
 
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
