Job Description

Work in Perth's Eastern Area, tailor your caseload to your home base from the areas of Forrestfield to The Vines. Design your week and your income around a meaningful paediatric caseload.

We’re a neurodiversity-affirming, therapy-driven mobile service working across Perth’s east/north-east corridor. As a subcontractor, you set your hours, shape your geography, and focus on quality therapy (no KPIs).

Why you’ll love this
  • High earning potential: Earning potential of $130,000 per year
  • No KPIs—ever. Do your best work without quotas or billable targets
  • Choose your schedule & suburbs. Build a diary that fits your life
  • Steady waitlist and director-managed intakes to fill the diary you want
The role (Contractor | Paediatrics Only)
  • Mobile caseload across homes, schools, and community settings—from Forrestfield up towards The Vines  (travel radius shaped to you)
  • Clients: Paediatric only, with a mix of NDIS and private (50/50)
  • Scope: Therapy-first interventions
  • Diary control: Director/team books initial intakes; you handle day-to-day rescheduling to suit your flow
What you’ll do
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy for children with communication, sensory, regulation and functional goals
  • Plan, implement and review personalised programs in natural environments (home, school, community)
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with families, schools and educators
  • Maintain timely notes and reports suited to NDIS/private requirements
Support & onboarding
  • Tailored onboarding (up to 4 weeks) with shadow visits; length tailored to your experience and confidence
  • Small, friendly subcontractor team—currently 2 OTs + 1 Speech Pathologist (building for a full AH Team)
What you’ll bring
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
  • Empathy, organisation and relationship-building skills with families and schools
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a mobile model
  • Own phone & laptop (we’ll handle the referrals; you run your day)
How we work with you
  • Geography tailored to you: we aim to keep travel from your home base, and shape caseloads around your preferred suburbs
  • You decide your workload: part-time days, school-friendly hours, or fuller weeks—your call
  • No ceiling on earnings: more bookings = more take-home; set the balance that suits you
