The opportunity
Join an
award-winning paediatric allied health clinic in
Bruce (Canberra). Work with clients aged
0–18 within a supportive
multidisciplinary team (Speech Pathology, OT, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Psychology). This can be a
clinic-based role with
optional community visits and
telehealth for added flexibility. You’ll have autonomy over your diary, strong admin support, and clear pathways for career progression.

About the caseload & model
- Client mix: ~80% NDIS / 20% private
- Presentations: autism, ADHD, feeding disorders, AAC and broader paediatric speech & language needs
- Term-by-term model: treatment planning on day 1 of each school term, progress reviews during holidays
Day-to-day (tailored to you)
- Deliver clinic sessions (with optional community/telehealth)
- Assess, plan, implement, and review evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate closely with OTs, Physios, Dietitians and Psychologists
- Engage families and educators; contribute to reports and goal reviews
- Participate in supervision, CPD, and team initiatives
What you’ll need
- SPA registration (or eligible)
- Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening
- Recognised Speech Pathology qualification in Australia
- All experience levels welcome — new graduates encouraged to apply
