✨Tailored Supervision - Fortnightly external supervision funded by the practcie- you choose your supervisor
- Alternate-week support from our experienced Senior OT Director
- Structured onboarding with shadowing, co-treatments, and gradual caseload build-up
- No clients in your first week- just time to learn, observe, and settle in
✨Hybrid & Flexible - Hybrid Role - 40% clinic / 60% community (flexible to suit your preferences)
- Admin can be done from home or in the cosy, well-equipped clinic based near Yeerongpilly
- Capped travel across Brisbane, reimbursed at 98c/km
✨Meaningful Caseload - Work with children aged 0–16 (mostly 3–12) across neurodivergent presentations
- Support kids with ASD, ADHD, GDD, trauma backgrounds, and movement disorders
- Clinic is evolving into a neuroaffirming, attention-focused space- be part of the transformation
✨Team & Culture - Join a growing team: 1 Senior OT, 1 early career OT, 1 AHA, and 2 casual admin staff to take care of bookings and billings

Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
