Job Description

  • Remuneration starting from $84,000 - $100,000 
  • Hybrid, Mixed Ages caseload tailored to your interest area
  • Weekly Supervision, gradual increase of caseload, mentoring & workshadowing opportunities

Support on Offer:
  • Gradual increase of Caseload from when you start 
  • Weekly 1:1 Supervision with a Senior Occupational Therapist with 8+ years experience 
  • Mentoring from an experienced team of OT's - 2 Senior OT's, and 3 early career OT's (1-3 years experience)
  • Access $1000 CPD Allowance & fortnightly team trainings internally 
  • Each OT specialises in a different interest area, so they can provide tailored support that suits your caseload  
  • Admin team who take care of scheduling & invoicing, so you just focus on providing quality therapy
  • Caseload can be tailored to your areas of interest
Your Caseload:
  • 90% NDIS, 10% Private clients & increasing DVA/ Return to work starting in the new year
  • Mixed Ages Caseload (65% Adults, 25% Paediatrics & 10% Aged Care)
  • Hybrid Role - get support in the clinic, then consolidate your learned skills in community settings
  • Diagnoses you will support (not exclusive): (Adults) Acquired Brain Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Cerebral palsy, and spinal cord injuries conditions. (Paediatrics) ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, Sensory Processing Disorder

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
