Job Description

Work alongside a passionate multidisciplinary team in a newly renovated, purpose-built clinic near Albany Creek - thoughtfully designed to support both client outcomes and clinician wellbeing. You'll enjoy a genuinely supportive team culture, modern facilities, and a varied caseload primarily focused on children aged 0–13, with some adults who have long-term physical impairments.
  • Salaries from $75,000 - $90,000 + Super, depending on your experience
  • Generalist Paediatric Caseload - based predominantly in Clinic Settings
  • $1500 CPD Allowance, 5 Day PD leave & Fortnightly MDT Trainings

✨Why This Role? 

Join a supportive, forward-thinking multidisciplinary team based in a purpose-built, freshly renovated clinic near Brendale. You’ll work alongside 4 OTs, 3 Speech Pathologists, 3 Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and a dedicated admin team.

You'll be well supported with:
  • Weekly 1:1 Supervision with a Senior OT
  • Optional external supervision for added guidance
  • Gradual increase of caseload over 6 months 
  • Generalist Caseload: AT, EP, Neurodiversity, Developmental Delay & PDA 
  • Structured induction, providing work shadowing opportunities 
  • Daily protected admin time
  • Flexible start and finish times 
  • Caseloads tailored to your interests and strengths
  • No complex clients initially - introduced only as you're ready
  • Fortnightly PD with the multidisciplinary team
  • Quarterly Guest Speakers from OT industry leaders
  • Joined Therapy Sessions work alongside other Allied Health clinicians to support clients achieve their goals
  • Run programs within partnered Kindergartens settings if you wish - preparing for the role out of the Thriving Kids Program

  • Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 + Super (commensurate with experience)
  • $1,500 Professional Development Allowance + 5 days PD leave
  • 6 weeks annual leave, supporting real work-life balance
  • $2,000 annual resource budget per discipline to ensure you're equipped for success

    • 8 individual therapy rooms
    • 2 large gyms
    • Open-plan staff office
    • Meeting and breakout spaces
  • A dedicated admin team (including Practice Manager, Business Manager and two admin staff) takes care of bookings, billings, and service agreements - so you can focus entirely on your clients
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
