About the Role: - Deliver a broad range of psychological services including assessment, counselling, intervention, and critical incident response
- Provide workplace consulting: executive coaching, psychosocial risk management, conflict resolution, and team health assessments
- Develop and facilitate psycho-educational workshops, leadership development programs, and tailored training sessions
- Lead return-to-work and early intervention programs across diverse client organisations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Maintain accurate and professional documentation, aligned with organisational and legislative standards
- Participate in quality assurance, case reviews, and strategic project development

What You Will Need: - Full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist
- Relevant undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications
- Strong capability in coaching, facilitation, and psychometric assessment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Applied knowledge of organisational psychology
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, professional development, and team contribution
