About the Role:
  • Deliver a broad range of psychological services including assessment, counselling, intervention, and critical incident response
  • Provide workplace consulting: executive coaching, psychosocial risk management, conflict resolution, and team health assessments
  • Develop and facilitate psycho-educational workshops, leadership development programs, and tailored training sessions
  • Lead return-to-work and early intervention programs across diverse client organisations
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Maintain accurate and professional documentation, aligned with organisational and legislative standards
  • Participate in quality assurance, case reviews, and strategic project development

What You Will Need:
  • Full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist
  • Relevant undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications
  • Strong capability in coaching, facilitation, and psychometric assessment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Applied knowledge of organisational psychology
  • A current Australian Driver’s Licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, professional development, and team contribution
