About the Position:

This opportunity is ideal for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 3–5 years PAE looking to take control of their professional journey. You’ll work on a broad range of commercial disputes alongside respected senior practitioners who actively support your growth. From day one, you’ll be encouraged to take ownership of files, build relationships with clients, and pursue your area of interest—while being guided along a clearly mapped pathway towards senior roles.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across matters such as:

• Contractual and shareholder disputes
• Corporate and director liability actions
• Insolvency and bankruptcy claims
• Property, leasing, and construction litigation
• Debt recovery, enforcement, and regulatory matters

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years PAE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
• Solid technical skills and the ability to manage files
