About the Role Our client is seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer (5+ PQE) with expertise in commercial transactions, building and construction law, and commercial litigation. In this role, you will:
- Advise on commercial contracts, corporate governance, and business structuring
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, property contracts, and joint ventures
- Handle construction disputes, contract claims, and security of payment matters
- Represent clients in NCAT, District, Supreme, and Federal Courts
- Work closely with developers, builders, and corporate clients on risk management
- Lead mediation, dispute resolution, and litigation strategies
This role offers direct client engagement, high-value matters, and strong mentorship from an experienced principal.
Key Requirements - 5 to 10 years PAE + in commercial, construction, or corporate law
- Strong experience in contract negotiation and commercial litigation
