About the position:

This role is ideal for a senior commercial lawyer who wants to work at the intersection of law, technology, and innovation. Your work will include drafting and negotiating complex commercial and tech agreements, advising on privacy frameworks (including GDPR and Australian legislation), and guiding clients through intellectual property strategies.
You'll be trusted as a key advisor to clients who appreciate legal partners who “get” their business, tech stack, and growth journey. The team values sharp thinking, good humour, and an instinct for practical, client-first legal advice.
