Employment Lawyer - Doyle's Guide Multi-award winning firm

Location: Brisbane CBD (State of the art office)
Salary: $130,000 to $180,000 (Open to Negotiate) + Benefits

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on a wide range of employment issues, including workplace disputes, discrimination, contract negotiations, and compliance with employment laws.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct workplace investigations and advise on risk management strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and ensure clients are informed of relevant developments.
• Achieve all billable targets (4.5-6 hours per day)
• Mentor Junior Lawyers and Graduates on PLT
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and contribute to a team-oriented environment

What Do I need?

• You will need 5+ PAE in Employment Law, from a Private Practice background is desirable
• Approved unrestricted practising licence in Queensland
• Track record of achieving goals and targets in Employment Law
• Good attitude and passion for Employment Law
• Ability to work self-sufficient and as part of a team
