About the Role

A well-established community pharmacy in the lower Hunter region of NSW is seeking a motivated and personable Pharmacist to join their team. This role offers a welcoming environment with a strong sense of teamwork and support, ideal for both experienced pharmacists and those looking to refine their skills. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, guiding dispensary staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
 
What's on Offer

• Competitive hourly rate of $55-$58/hr + super
• Flexible roster: 4-5 days per week, 9am-5:30pm with Saturday mornings (9am-12pm)
• Supportive environment with experienced technicians and Webster pack support
• Opportunity to provide vaccinations and build lasting relationships with the community
• Open to varying experience levels — mentoring available

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense and check prescriptions accurately using Z Dispense
• Supervise and guide dispensary technicians and support staff
• Deliver exceptional patient care and professional services
• Conduct vaccinations and other clinical services (if appropriate accreditation)
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy standards and legislation

What You'll Need

• Current AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
• Vaccination accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centred care
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team
