About the Role
Join our beachside pharmacy group near Perth as a Pharmacist Manager ($65/hr) or Pharmacist ($55/hr). You’ll work full-time on a rotating roster, primarily based in one store but occasionally covering the other to keep your week diverse. Both roles include strong team support—interns, techs, front-of-shop staff, and a dispensing robot—ensuring you can maintain a healthy work–life balance in a stunning coastal setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead retail and clinical services, including Websterpaks and vaccinations
• Manage or operate robotic and manual dispensing workflows
• Collaborate with and mentor junior staff (Manager role)
• Uphold AHPRA and internal quality standards

What You’ll Need

• AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
• Manager: 2–3 years’ management experience; Pharmacist: strong dispensary background
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability to a rotating roster and varied tasks
