This is an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist Manager to lead a dedicated team at a growing compounding pharmacy with a new cannabis department. You will manage 200-250 scripts per day, work with a team of 3 pharmacists, and oversee pharmacy operations. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth daily functioning across both compounding and cannabis services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations, overseeing the compounding and cannabis departments
• Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain detailed records
• Oversee the dispensing of 200-250 scripts per day
• Provide guidance and support to the pharmacy team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmacy regulations

What you'll need

• AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
• Strong leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Experience in compounding and cannabis pharmacy (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to manage a team and handle the day-to-day operations of a busy pharmacy
