Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a cohesive pharmacy team
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Deliver exceptional patient care and customer experiences
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement in pharmacy services and processes
• Monitor and exceed financial and performance targets
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the business

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) with current AHPRA General Registration
• Immunisation certification and current first aid certification
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and strategic planning
• Experience in pharmacy management and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude
• Eligibility to live and work in Australia
