About the Role: - Inspire & Uplift – Support and guide consultants through hands-on mentorship, boosting confidence, clinical skill, and consistency in service delivery.
- Refine & Elevate – Continuously review and enhance case strategies to align with evolving best practice, insurer expectations, and client outcomes.
- Partner with Leadership – Collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape RTW outcomes, improve frameworks, and co-design scalable solutions.
- Lead with Intention – Foster a high-performance team culture grounded in trust, accountability, and professional growth.
- Set the Standard – Act as a role model for excellence, proactively driving quality, communication, and client-first service across the board.

What you will need: - Tertiary qualifications in Psychology OR Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Full AHPRA OR ASORC registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Passionate about quality, growth, and mentoring
- Confident leader with strong people skills
- Skilled in designing and delivering training
