About the Role:

• Inspire & Uplift – Support and guide consultants through hands-on mentorship, boosting confidence, clinical skill, and consistency in service delivery.
• Refine & Elevate – Continuously review and enhance case strategies to align with evolving best practice, insurer expectations, and client outcomes.
• Partner with Leadership – Collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape RTW outcomes, improve frameworks, and co-design scalable solutions.

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology OR Rehabilitation Counsellor 
• Full AHPRA OR ASORC registration 
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
• Passionate about quality, growth, and mentoring
• Confident leader with strong people skills
• Skilled in designing and delivering training
