As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant with a background in Occupational Therapy, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals who have sustained workplace injuries, guiding them back to meaningful employment, whether that’s returning to their existing role or transitioning to something new. This senior position requires a confident, proactive approach to stakeholder management and a deep commitment to delivering tailored, client-centred rehabilitation solutions.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
• Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing  tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly
• Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
• Pre-employment health, ADL's and functional assessments (initial and  ergonomic)
• Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
• Working with in the NES and OES space

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
