Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are encouraged to apply.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly
- Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
- Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic)
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients

What you will need: - Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, Psychologists or Social Workers
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
