This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CT Radiographer seeking a longer-term locum assignment while enjoying everything the Wollongong region has to offer.


About the position

Our client is looking for an experienced Locum CT Radiographer to join our clients' team in the Wollongong area.

The assignment is available for an ASAP start through to 23 December 2026, offering strong continuity for a Radiographer looking for a substantial locum placement.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, for 7.5 hours per day.
The role is predominantly CT-focused, and you will need to be confident operating GE CT equipment, performing contrast examinations and independently cannulating patients.

The position will involve a varied CT caseload, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging while maintaining excellent patient care and safety standards.

This opportunity would suit a Radiographer who can adapt quickly to a new department and confidently manage CT workflows with minimal supervision.


Key Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner
• Current NSW EPA radiation licence
• Demonstrated experience working with GE CT equipment
• Strong experience performing CT examinations
• Confident cannulation skills
• Experience performing contrast-enhanced CT scans
• Strong understanding of patient screening and contrast safety protocols
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary imaging team
• Availability to commence ASAP and work through to 23 December 2026
