Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with case preparation across a wide range of practice areas
• Draft letters, court documents, and legal reports under supervision
• Conduct legal research and support strategic case planning
• Maintain organised and accurate legal files
• Coordinate client communication and manage correspondence
• Prepare materials for court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
• Provide critical administrative support to lawyers and legal staff

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role
• Strong interest in developing a long-term legal career
• Willingness to learn and work closely with a mentoring supervisor
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy legal setting
• Strong writing, organisational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with legal systems and document management software
