About the position:

This is a unique opportunity for a Construction & Infrastructure Lawyer to join our client's high-performing national team. You’ll work closely with motivated and collaborative partners who are industry leaders in complex infrastructure transactions and disputes.

The role is predominantly front-end focused, involving major infrastructure projects from inception to completion, including:
  • Drafting and negotiating major project documentation
  • Advising on procurement strategies and project risk management
  • Supporting clients throughout the development and construction phases
You will also have opportunities to be involved in back-end construction matters including:
  • Managing time, cost and quality-related disputes
  • Security of payment claims and formal dispute resolution processes
Clients include institutional investors, government agencies, and tier-one developers — providing exceptional variety and exposure across the entire lifecycle of high-profile construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years’ post-admission experience in construction law
  • Experience with both front-end (transactional) and back-end (dispute resolution) construction matters
  • Strong drafting and advisory skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a national team
  • Passion for infrastructure, construction and contributing to a thriving practice
