About:

An established law firm in Melbourne is looking to expand its workforce. A full-time, permanent role in the firm's for an experienced Property Lawyer experienced working on large-scale development projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Property Law and have the desire to establish a long-term position in a reputable firm. 

The team that you’ll be joining focuses primarily on transactional matters including leasing transactions, land use agreements, as well as standard and non-standard commercial development cases.

Conditions for Success:

• Minimum 5 Years PQE in Property & Development Law
• Communication Skills - Fluent and Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Attention to detail
• Strong commercial acumen
• Ability to prioritise and manage matters effectively.
• Intuitive and Enthusiastic Approach.
• Able to work collaboratively in a collegiate environment

Your Responsibilities:

• Cases will be predominantly transactional
• Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome.
• Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
• 6 billable hours per day
• Keep in view the broader perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases.
• Manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail.

Benefits:

• Salary - $130,000 - $190,000
• Full Time / Part Time - 1 day working from home can be facilitated
