About the Position: Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Associate to join their high-performing Brisbane-based Commercial Property team. This is not just another senior legal role – it’s a genuine pathway to partnership with structured progression mapped out from day one.

You’ll work closely with an acclaimed Partner who is widely recognised for their leadership and expertise in complex property law matters. The team is involved in:

• Large-scale acquisitions and disposals of commercial, rural, and mixed-use developments
• Multi-sector leasing matters (commercial, industrial, and retail)
• Strategic planning and due diligence for major infrastructure projects
• Titling structures and high-value joint ventures
• Liquor licensing and gaming regulation matters

This role offers the chance to lead sophisticated matters for premium clients in healthcare, retail, agribusiness, tourism, and industrial development. As a trusted senior team member, you'll mentor junior lawyers and lead transactions, with the support to build a practice of your own.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years PAE in commercial property or real estate law
• Experience in leasing, complex titling, and large-scale property transactions
• Strong client-facing skills and commercial acumen
• Interest in mentoring junior lawyers and taking leadership in files
• Exposure to rural acquisitions and liquor licensing is advantageous
