About the Role: This is a powerful opportunity for a
Senior or Lead Property Lawyer looking to
step into a Director-style position with full autonomy, strategic influence, and profit potential.
You will manage a mix of property law matters including:
- Residential and off-the-plan conveyancing
- Commercial property acquisitions and leasing
- Complex subdivisions, development projects, and joint ventures
But this isn’t just another legal role—you will
build your own team, drive the direction of the property practice, and directly benefit from the division’s profitability through a transparent
quarterly profit-sharing structure.
You’ll work closely with firm leadership, contribute to decision-making, and position yourself for equity or partnership opportunities down the line.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and expand the Property Law practice
- Manage a caseload spanning residential, commercial, and development transactions
- Recruit, mentor, and oversee junior solicitors and support staff
- Engage in firm-wide strategy and contribute to business growth
- Deliver results that drive revenue—and enjoy the rewards
Key Requirements: - 5+ years PAE in Property Law within private practice
- Solid grasp of residential, commercial, and development matters
- Strong commercial instincts and leadership drive
- Previous team management experience is valued, but not essential
- Current Australian legal practising certificate
