The Opportunity! Litigation Lawyer

This is an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer to take on challenging and diverse matters across:

• Commercial litigation – contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and business litigation
• Insolvency & debt recovery – advising creditors, debtors, and insolvency practitioners
• Property disputes – commercial leasing issues, strata disputes, and property litigation
• Employment & workplace disputes – unfair dismissal, workplace investigations, and industrial relations matters
• Estate litigation – contested wills, family provision claims, and probate disputes

You will work alongside highly skilled litigators, receive structured career progression, and have the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers while building a strong profile within the legal community.

This role is perfect for a Litigation Lawyer with 5+ years PAE who:
