About the role!

You’ll work across a wide range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including contractual and commercial disputes, Corporations Act and shareholder disputes, competition and consumer law claims, regulatory matters, insolvency and restructuring litigation, and property, leasing and construction-related disputes.

The role includes end-to-end litigation work such as pleadings, evidence, advices, briefing counsel, strategy development, interlocutory applications, settlement negotiations and mediations.

What you'll bring!

You’ll bring around 4–6 years PQE in litigation or dispute resolution from private practice, along with strong commercial litigation experience and confidence managing matters appropriate to your level.

You’ll also bring strong drafting and advisory skills, sound commercial judgement, good client instincts and a collaborative approach. A genuine interest in a long-term disputes career will stand out.
