An exciting Senior Associate position is now available within a highly regarded national Insurance & Health practice. This role sits within a specialist team handling complex property damage, public liability, and general insurance matters for a strong portfolio of insurer clients.

You will join a collaborative group of experienced senior lawyers who invest heavily in mentoring, professional development and genuine career progression.

About the Role You will handle a broad range of defendant insurance matters, with a focus on:

• Complex property damage claims
• Public liability disputes
• General insurance litigation
• Advising insurer clients and their insureds
• Managing files autonomously from instruction to resolution
• Working closely with senior practitioners on large-scale, technical disputes

The role offers high-quality, interesting work and consistent exposure to sophisticated matters in the NSW market.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years PAE in defendant insurance litigation
• Experience with property liability claims is highly regarded
• Ability to manage a full file load independently
• Strong communication, analytical and client relationship skills
• Collaborative nature and a solutions-focused mindset
