Duties
As Senior Associate, you’ll manage your own matters and contribute to the broader growth of the practice.
- Advising on shareholder disputes, misleading conduct, negligence and regulatory issues
- Leading negotiations, mediations and arbitrations
- Supervising junior lawyers with inclusive mentoring
- Supporting business development and client engagement
Key requirements - Minimum 4 years PQE in commercial litigation/disputes
- Strong advocacy and drafting ability
- Leadership skills and client-focused mindset
- Ability to run matters independently
