Job Description:

As a Workplace Relations / WHS Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic Employment and Industrial Relations team. We are seeking a skilled professional to provide expert legal advice on workplace relations matters, employment law, and Work Health and Safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on workplace relations, employment contracts, and industrial relations matters
  • Provide legal counsel on compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations
  • Represent clients in workplace disputes, investigations, and tribunal hearings
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documents
  • Stay abreast of legal developments in workplace relations and WHS
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4-5 years' post-qualification experience in workplace relations and WHS
  • Proven track record of handling complex workplace relations and safety matters
  • Strong understanding of employment law, industrial relations, and WHS regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
