Job Description

Position Overview:

What You’ll Be Doing:

In the Employment & Industrial Relations team, you’ll deliver practical, strategic advice on workplace issues at every stage of the employment lifecycle.
  • Draft and negotiate employment contracts, enterprise agreements & policies
  • Manage workplace investigations, disciplinary actions and performance matters
  • Support corporate and public sector teams with IR and safety counsel
  • Represent clients in Fair Work Commission hearings and tribunals
What You’ll Bring:
  • 3+ years’ PQE in employment law, industrial relations or safety regulation
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage diverse files
  • Excellent drafting, communication & client-service abilities
  • A positive, collaborative approach and proactive mindset
