About the Firm:

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join a respected Commercial and Property team where you’ll manage a varied residential and off-the-plan conveyancing file load, working closely with senior lawyers and directors.
- Run residential and off-the-plan conveyancing files end-to-end
- Draft and review contracts, perform searches, organise settlements
- Liaise with clients, banks and government bodies
- Prepare PEXA settlements and maintain file accuracy
- Contribute to team culture and participate in client service initiatives
What You’ll Bring: - Minimum 2 years experience in conveyancing or property law
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Confidence using PEXA and working across ARNECC/SRO frameworks
- A collaborative, team-first attitude and good time management
