About the position:

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Wills & Estates Paralegal to join our client's thriving team in the South Gold Coast area. You will be instrumental in supporting a high-performing Wills & Estates practice, working closely with senior solicitors and contributing to meaningful outcomes for clients navigating end-of-life and estate matters.

Expect to manage a diverse workload, including drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Letters of Administration, as well as liaising with clients and third parties. You will be trusted with a high level of autonomy while still enjoying the backing of a collaborative team and cutting-edge legal systems.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience in Wills & Estates law
• Strong knowledge of estate administration processes
• Ability to draft legal documents with precision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with legal software and cloud-based systems
• A proactive and compassionate attitude
