The Opportunity

Our client is an established Sydney law firm with a well-regarded practice in  near Parramatta. They are now seeking a confident Lead Solicitor to take ownership of a varied, stable caseload and build genuine long-term client relationships. This Lead Solicitor position is a true 9-to-5 role with no billing targets, no after-hours expectations and no weekend work.
  
What Is On Offer

• Salary: $150,000 – $160,000 + superannuation
• Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm — no evenings, no weekends, no after-hours
• Full administrative support — focus on legal work, not admin

The Role

As Lead Solicitor, you will manage a steady stream of files across:

• Residential and commercial conveyancing
• Off-the-plan and strata transactions
• Wills, powers of attorney and guardianship matters
• Probate and basic estate administration

The Lead Solicitor will run files autonomously from instruction to completion, supported by a capable admin team. No billing pressure. No overtime. Just quality legal work in a structured, professional environment.

What You Will Need

• 10 + years PAE in Property Law/ Estates etc
• Current admission as a solicitor in NSW
• Solid experience in conveyancing, wills and estates
• Strong client communication and independent file management skills
• Ability to lead your own matters with minimal supervision
• A commitment to delivering quality outcomes for clients
