About: An established specialist family law firm in Melbourne CBD is looking for an eager Family Lawyer that is driven to provide the highest standard of personalized service for clients under their care. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with their team in a supportive and inclusive environment to develop their capabilities as a family lawyer. Requirements: - Minimum 4 years PQE practising as a family lawyer
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Drive & enthusiasm for excellent client service and advice
- Reliable under pressure and during challenging cases.
- Readily able to manage client expectations
- Ability to manage many documents and tasks simultaneously
- Proficient research skills and commercial acumen
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Your Responsibilities: - Provide clients advice on diverse and often challenging family law matters.
- Manage client expectations
- Develop your understanding and capabilities of novel family law matters in order to provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients.
- Work collaboratively with your team to provide optimal outcomes for clients
