About the position:
Our client is seeking a
Senior Associate – Family Lawyer to join their established and award-winning practice. This is a career-defining opportunity for a senior family lawyer who values teamwork, client service, and ongoing development.
You will work closely with respected leaders in the field, including Special Counsel and other senior practitioners, across a wide array of complex family law matters. The firm’s family law group services a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, in areas such as:
- Property settlements and asset division
- Parenting and custody matters
- Financial agreements including BFA's and spousal maintenance
- International family law and relocation cases
The team culture is one of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and genuine respect. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to business development initiatives and mentor junior team members.
Key Requirements for Family Lawyer: - Minimum 5 years PAE in Family Law (private practice ideally)
- Proven ability to manage files autonomously and achieve billable targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management capabilities
- Interest or experience in mentoring junior lawyers
- Collaborative and positive team player
