About the Position:

This Special Counsel role is designed for a thought leader who thrives on strategy, complex problem-solving, and making a tangible impact. You’ll work across challenging matters involving multi-property divisions, business valuations, and intricate parenting issues, while also mentoring high-performing lawyers and advising on firm-wide operational initiatives.
You’ll have a voice at the leadership table and play a central role in shaping the direction of the family law division. This is a role for someone who wants to leave a legacy, not just close files.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years PAE in family law
• Proven experience in complex litigation and ADR strategies
• Strategic thinker with business and client development acumen
