About the Position:
You’ll join as a Senior Associate in a high-performing Corporate and M&A practice, advising on a wide range of transactions including restructures, joint ventures, takeovers, and capital raising. With access to senior leaders, smart legal tech and marketing support, this is an ideal role for a lawyer ready to lead complex matters while contributing to strategic firm growth.
Key Requirements: - 5–8 years’ PAE in corporate, commercial or M&A law in a boutique, mid-tier or large law firm
- Strong drafting, advisory and client-facing experience
- A strategic mindset and natural commercial instincts
