About the Position:
Manage a broad slate of property disputes—landlord–tenant conflicts, caveat priority issues, adverse possession, vendor–purchaser claims and government acquisitions. You’ll craft strategy, brief counsel, negotiate settlements and appear in VCAT, Supreme and County Courts while helping nurture the firm’s growing referrer network.
Key Requirements: - 4+ PAE in property or construction litigation
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client-care skills
- Commercial thinker who enjoys networking and autonomy
