About the position: 

It is a senior commercial / corporate lawyer position that will see you cover a wide range of matters including Sale and purchase of business, Mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing, sub-leasing and licensing Property transactions, advising on corporate governance matters, corporate and trust structuring, preparing, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts (service, supply, distribution, manufacturing, consultancy, etc) and more.
